How To Integrate WPForms With Zapier

Do you want to add more options to your forms for integration? You can easily Integrate WPForms With Zapier, a connector service, to link your forms to various web applications. This tutorial shows you how the Zapier addon for WPForms can be installed and used.

How To Integrate WPForms With Zapier

Before we begin, make sure that you have WPForms installed and activated. You can then go on to install the addon Zapier.

You will need to go to WPForms » Settings when the Zapier Addon is enabled, then click on the Integrations tab.

You’re going to see a Zapier option in this tab. To open more info, go ahead and click. This is where the Zapier API key for your website is accessible.

Make sure this browser tab/window is open because in the next section you will need this API key.

Create a Zap in Zapier

In Zapier you build “zaps” integrations. The next configuration step is to build a zap which sends your form details to another service.

Next, your Zapier account needs to be connected with. If you do not already have an account, you can register and build a free account.

You must press the black + button in the upper left corner after logging in to your account.

This opens your new zap’s settings tab. Go ahead and add a name in the upper left corner of your post, if you wish to give your zap a name.

Next, you will have to choose the first app for WPForms. Search box, type WPForms in the Select App & Case. Then click on the results to display WPForms.

Once WPForms are selected, Zapier will display your trigger options under the Trigger Event selection process. Since only one trigger option is presented in WPForms (New Form Entry), you can simply continue clicking.

In the next step, Zapier will be linked on your website to WPForms. Click the WPForms login button to do this.

This results in an overlay. You’re going to need your API Key to add here.

Go back to the tab / window in which your WPForms settings are held open in our initial stage to find the API key. Then copy the key here and paste it.

You would then have to complete the area of the website. Enter the full URL and add the slash on your website (i.e.:

Click the Yes button, Continue when you are ready.

Only then will Zapier prompt you to pick which account to use for your Zap when your site is linked. To pick your website, click on the dropdown menu and click Continue.

Next, you’re going to see the stage Customize Form Entry. Click Continue, choose the type you want to use.

Zapier then takes you to the Find Data point, which gives you the opportunity to test your relation in sample entries. We suggest this by selecting either the Test & Continue button or the Test & Review button. This allows you to rest assured that the integration is completely linked.

If you have chosen Test & Check, you should see your form entries filled in after a couple of minutes. When these are present, the entries can be extended to ensure that all data has been properly pulled. Click the button “Done Edit.”

When the Test and Continue button is selected, Zapier automatically takes you to the next level if the stuff works correctly.

Zapier will ask you to select App & Event after reviewing your sample entries.

The app is the service to which you want to submit information about your type. Zapier is equipped with over 2,000 applications and utilities, and can find information on the Zapier site’s integrations.

After you pick an app, Zapier will continue to send form information to your selected provider. The rest of the steps rely on the service in which you integrate.
